This Privacy Policy explains how our application ("DX Piloting") handles information and permissions when you use our local trading journal & review tool. This App is designed for offline local use only.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information, trading data, mood notes, text content, photos or media files from you.
All content you create within the App, including but not limited to:
- Trading transaction records
- Trading mood and emotion notes
- Custom personal trading rules
- Operation violation records and statistics
- Attached photos and images from camera or photo library
is stored exclusively on your local iOS device.
No data will be uploaded to any cloud server, network or third-party platform.
2. Permission Access
The App requests the following system permissions only for core functions you actively use:
2.1 Camera Permission
We request camera access only when you choose to take new photos to attach to your trading records. Photos taken by camera are saved locally inside the App and will never be sent outside your device.
You can deny this permission at any time in your device Settings.
2.2 Photo Library Permission
We request photo library access only when you choose to select existing images from your album for your trading records. Selected images remain on your local device only.
You may disable this permission in iOS Settings whenever you want.
2.3 Calendar System
The App uses the built-in system calendar UI to display your daily trading marks (red dots for transaction records, green dots for mood notes).
We do not read, modify or collect your personal system calendar events.
3. Data Storage & Security
- All user-generated data is saved locally within the App sandbox on your iPhone.
- Your data will be permanently deleted if you uninstall this App.
- We do not encrypt or transmit your data over any network. All operations work offline.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We never sell, trade, rent or share any of your data with individuals, companies or third-party organizations.
No information will be disclosed to external parties under any circumstances.
5. Children's Privacy
This App is not targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be presented inside the App. Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
