GFMEX (“the App”) is published by the GFMEX team. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App on your iPhone or iPad.
GFMEX is designed to keep your activity on your device. We do not require an account and we do not collect personal profiles for marketing purposes.
The App may store the following on your device only:
If you attach images to notes, the App requests access to your camera or photo library. Images you select are saved in the App’s private storage on your device. We do not upload these images to our servers.
Stored data is used solely to provide App features such as your personal library, notes, bookmarks, and reading history within the App. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Your saved content remains on your device until you delete it within the App or remove the App from your device. Uninstalling GFMEX removes locally stored App data from that device.
GFMEX is intended for a general audience interested in financial and regulatory reference material. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We rely on standard iOS device protections for data stored in the App sandbox. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard information handled by the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
