Personal finance and digital-asset record keeping

Oixkcot helps you organize financial activity in one place. Use it to log trades, transfers, fees, invoices, and notes, and to review cash-flow summaries on your device.

Main Sections

• Overview — Net flow, monthly digest, cash-flow chart, pinned items, and recent activity.
• Journal — Activity records with categories, dates, and optional attachments.
• Ledger — Movements (inflows and outflows), invoices, and an asset watchlist.
• Memos — Tagged notes linked to your records.
• Settings — Appearance, currency preferences, data summary, backup export, and data management.

Currency Settings

Set a Primary Currency for net flow, charts, and invoice totals. Set a Quote Asset to show a second flow summary and label watchlist pairs (for example, ETH/USDT). New movements and invoices default to your primary currency.

Attachments

When editing a record, you can attach photos from your library or take a new picture. Attachments are stored with your records on your device.

Backup and Export

Go to Settings → Export Backup to create a JSON backup file. Use the share sheet to save the file to Files or another location you choose.

Common Questions

• Charts look empty — Add movements in your selected primary currency for the chosen date range.
• Totals do not match — Summaries filter by the currency set in Settings. Check each record’s currency field.
• Watchlist has no prices — The watchlist is for personal tracking and notes only; it does not provide market quotes.
• Start fresh — Use Settings → Clear All Data to remove all records and attachments.

System Requirements

Oixkcot requires iOS 15.0 or later. Portrait orientation is supported on iPhone; iPad supports additional orientations.
