This Privacy Policy describes how Primoraest (“the App”), a financial learning application focused on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance, handles information on your device.
Primoraest does not require registration or a financial account to use the App. We do not ask for your bank details, payment card numbers, or brokerage credentials.

We do not collect your name, email address, or other contact information through the App.
You may attach images to financial notes—for example, screenshots of models, term sheets, or study materials. Access is requested only when you choose to add a photo. Images are stored on your device with the related note and can be deleted by editing or removing that note.
Data on your device is used solely to operate App features: presenting reference content, running valuation and deal calculators, recording your study progress, and organizing notes and favorites.
Your content remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall Primoraest. Removing the App from your device deletes locally stored App data associated with that installation.
Primoraest is intended for users interested in corporate finance and related topics. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
