SUBwel is an educational app for learning financial chart reading, market terminology, and technical analysis concepts. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the app.

Information Stored on Your Device

SUBwel keeps most activity on your iPhone or iPad. The app may store the following locally:

• Study progress, such as concepts reviewed, glossary terms opened, and quiz results
• Learning streaks and module visit counts
• Chart snapshot journal entries, including titles, tags, and notes you create
• Photos you capture or import for your chart study journal
• Basic app preferences needed for the app to function

Camera and Photo Library

If you use the chart snapshot journal, the app will ask for permission to use the camera or photo library. Images you add are saved in the app’s local storage on your device. SUBwel does not upload your photos to a server operated by us.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not require an account, real-name registration, or government ID
• We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or credentials for financial accounts
• We do not sell personal information
• We do not use your data for cross-app advertising or tracking

Educational Purpose

SUBwel provides reference material, practice charts, and interactive demonstrations for learning purposes only. Sample prices, indicators, and asset profiles shown in the app are illustrative and are not linked to real accounts or transactions.

Data Retention and Deletion

Journal entries, images, and progress remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app from your device. Uninstalling SUBwel removes locally stored app data from that device.

Children’s Privacy

SUBwel is intended for a general audience interested in financial market education. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
